They seem to have some nice cars. I'm wondering about their honesty and quality of cars.

One car experience with them, it was positive and I would deal with them again. Car was as described. Always a nice selection of various cars.

I've stopped in there a couple of times when I've been in town. They knew that I wasn't actively shopping and still treated like I was there to make a purchase. Nice people with a well earned reputation, and a nice collection of cars.

My associates have had positive experiences with them.

They do carry some very nice examples. Be prepared to pay extra...

That white 458 w/the matte black roof is amazing. Help me out here... why order such a nice car, wait those excruciating months for it to be delivered, and then sell it a year later with 1000 miles?

I suppose they will break even on the deal, maybe it's as simple as that.

I live in the area and am always looking at what they have on the internet, their inventory is always changing. When I see something I like, I will head over to take a closer look. They always have a large selection of nice cars with low to reasonable mileage. One thing I have always noticed is that I always thought their prices were about 10% too high. But, it sure is nice to have it close since the closest Ferrari dealer is 130 miles south!

    Hi Nashtyboy,

I think that some people with more options get bored of the car quicker than I would. For me, drive to live, live to drive. I want to roll my odometer a couple times before I die.

I bought my car from them - great experience. They advertised the car (2001 550) as "in like new condition". When an inspection picked up an inoperable driver's seat (bad switch), sticky interior switches, and cracked rim center caps, Marshall Goldman fixed it all without hesitation for no additional cost. Probably $2k worth of parts/labor - just the seat switch alone was several hundred bucks for the part. May not have cost them that much, but the car arrived at my door as advertised.

    ....and.....
MAG's selection of pre-owned Ferrari cars is poor, at best.
Then there's Toy Barn across the street from them MAG..... I personally haven't had a pleasant experience with them as a prospective buyer. Apparently, I wasn't worth their time.
No sweat off my back though...
Seems like the glowing endorsements of Goldman continue. They have great cars, but they tend to bust my budget. So, though they are relatively close to me, I'll probably end up buying elsewhere. They are just too rich for my blood.

In the end it wasn't feasible as I live in Toronto. Factoring flight, accomodation, transport.....Besides, the lack of historical service records was bugging me too. Oh, and they didn't allow a PPI. Moving on.

    Smart move.

Have you talked to Vasco at Humberview?
They are a good group there and may be able to find you something.
Just opened their own service operation for exotics and supercars.

I went to look at an F360 there (first one that I looked at). The collection of cars was very impressive. Even though I had flown in from out of town, they wouldn't let me drive the car (or even take me for a ride) unless I made an offer and we had a deal in principle and I put down a deposit. I understand that they get a lot of tire kickers, and I also could understand the restriction if I had been looking at something really rare or with ultra-low miles, but this was a nice but reatively run-of-the-mill F360 (if such a thing exists). Maybe it would have been a different story if I had not been a first time Ferrari buyer. However, even as a first time buyer, the contrast with the dealer here could not have been more stark. As soon as he realized that I was serious, the salesman here suggested a test drive even though I told him that I wasn't prepared to buy a car that day. No way I could have driven a car at Marshall Goldman with that disclosure. Not surprisingly, I ended up buying the car from the dealer. And I really might have bought the car at Marshall Goldman if they had been more cooperative.

One other thing that was a little odd with Marshall Goldman is that they had the same car listed at different prices on their website, on ebay, and in the showroom. If you were negotiating with them I would check all sources so that you have the lowest starting point.

he has a few great 360's (a bit high on the price IYAM) and 2 beautiful 355's (I love that 355 style).

His maserati spyders are pretty low on cost too... may have to call them up, I love those...
