I haven't heard of that one. I did try the mandarin Absolut with tonic and liked it.

I had a couple Sierra Nevada Torpedo Extra IPA's tonight with dinner.

I have gotten on a Zinfadel kick lately (and no not "white" zinfadel). The last bottle I bought was a Ridge Sonoma County Three Valleys. I was very pleased with it. Even my wife, who generally is not a fan of reds, liked it.

Champagne :D I've discovered if you stick a paper towel in it after removing the cork it stays fizzy.

Found a new and tasty treat last night. Anyone tried the new Captain Morgan Black??? It is apparently aged in charred oak barrels. Has a smokey, sweet taste. Great on the rocks.

Well I didn't drink any but was at a friends grandmother's house tonight and she was showing off the $30 bottle of cognac a friend gave her. Yeah, if they can buy bottles of Remy Martin Louis XIII for $30 I wanna meet the guy.

I suppose I should have asked to have a taste but that's not my style. May be the only chance I have though because I will never spend $2K for a bottle of booze!~!?

    "Poinsettias" for Christmas.

    You can't screw this up.

    Five ounces of cranberry juice
Five ounces of Champagne, or other bubbly
    A shot of cointreau
    A shot of vodka
    Or so

You can get wildly off on this, and it will still taste great

    Make a pitcher. Or three.

Just picked up a bottle of George Dickel Rye after hearing rave reviews from everyone. It has been a long time since I've ever had a Rye in my stash. This is quite smooth and not as spicy as I thought it was going to be.
