    Sorry, don't know anything about those engines.

    It did remind me of Kirkham Motorsports' wooden 427 block. :) It was done prior to the aluminum billet block being formed. Wooden block pics at bottom: http://www.kirkhammotorsports.com/mfg/block_index.html

    Would make a nice piece to stain it and put a glass table top over it.

    I remember an short article on this in one the old Road & Track Ferrari special mags they produced for a bit.... mentioned the type of woods and such. Will try to find it...

    I saw one of these on ebay recently for around $6K if I remember correctly. It said that the engine was full scale. Cool stuff if you have the extra cash on hand for something like that. ;)


    Haha! I just read the first article and it stated that it was on ebay for $6K. So at least my memory is still in tact. :D

    These were made more than 20 years ago. My friend had one in his living room. He sold it to a guy in Japan for something more than $20k way back when. Around 1990.
