Oh, the 325es is a great one. Does it still have plenty of *ooomph* and yet let you take corners at speed while sitting oh, so comfy? I liked it so much I later had a '67 bug painted Bronzit.

M3 diff & chip make it pretty peppy. Comfy compared to my Miata... the bolsters feel great but the center section feels like plywood with a 1/4" of padding.

Ah, it is what it is, but, does it still take corners like The Ultimate Driving Machine, allowing driver and passenger alike to sit without being thrown around?

Absolutely! It's cheap to buy, cheap to maintain, fun to drive, well built & my 1986 is exempt from emissions testing in Texas. And did I mention, I have over 502,000 miles on my original ETA engine! :)

I have a 1988 325is in silver & I love it! But, I've been debating on selling it lately to pick up a 87-89 Porsche 928S4.
