    No, 67th floor is the apartment. The garage is the big "block" the tower is built upon. So I'm guessing his cars are like the 3rd floor or something.

    Provenance, what a deep question. ;)

    How could someone with such good taste in cars have such bad taste in interior decor? White everything is not my thing. Nice view from up there though.

    White is not your thing but it may be other guy's thing.
    Just because someone has a different taste than you (or myself) does not make it "bad taste".

    Funny you say that because I was actually positively surprised by how IMHO tasteful the interior looks. Knowing the owner it is not the style I expected (I was more thinking like Tony Goldchain).

    Hannah's stepfather, now deceased, owned this place at one time, including American Express and many other business enterprises...was a well-known figure in Chicago real estate

    I'd agree that the design of the man cave isn't my style. So I'm truly wondering what the 2 millions are for he is asking: For the fact that he has contiguous garage space in a downtown location? I bet that could be had for less money.

    It is really only interesting in combination with the apartment but who needs all that garage space if they live in a condo downtown? Not too many folks come to my mind.
