Is that the Axel Rose car? 155K, so they can dicker.
Also, FWIW I don't recall seeing this one discussed: #136115, TDF blue, 19.2k miles, $159K, Cavallino Motors, FL :: Cavalino Motors :: (how I hate this site; you have to click each photo simply to see it undistorted)
In October 2011 they wanted $146000, 6518 miles at Switch Cars. sold it and repurchased it with a few hundred miles more on it. I'm guessing $149,000 also. Seems like the going asking price today. P.S. Dave are you going to be around this weekend? I was going to give you a call. George
This is the Axle car. Year: 2004 Make: Ferrari Model: F360 Price: $138000 Mileage: 6220 Color: Silver Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing Location (State): AZ Transmission: Automatic Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive 2004 Ferrari Challenge Stradale (CS) Vin# ZFFDU57A340137944 Miles 61xx miles Color: Silver / Black (leather) Price: $138K But its sold. Was a good deal. I would have bought it but I'm trying to get a factory stripe.
$155k No, not even same color as Axl's It's been listed since Aug. 2008. Sold and currently owned by an Fchatter. Speaking of really old ads, I can only think of one other CS that has been actively listed since Aug. 2008.
The more obvious difference is that the car in question is Grigio Titanio whereas Axl's CS is Argento Nurburgring.
Very surprised this CS didn't sell a lot sooner. Good deal and congrats to new owner who should chime in soon.
That would be me, and I would like to thank Stokpro very much for his help. I am now harrassing transport companies to try to get the car within touching distance. This is probably the worst period of CS ownership..... Alan Watkins
Wow. Just realized that. I only saw one of the pics from the listing and didn't really notice, but that would be a much bigger difference .
Glad to see you get a great car. Skip the transport and road trip it? Post some pics when she arrives home. Congrats again!
this one sold back in June for $175 I think. San Francisco sports cars. Now blackhorse has it listed at $189,000. Used Exotic Car Dealer Florida | Exotic Car Dealership Florida | Black Horse Motors | 2004 Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale You gotta love dealers buying from dealers and trying to manipulate the market. Maybe by doing this blackhorse will make there previously wrecked Stradale look like at steal at $164,900. Shame on them.
It wasn't simply a dealer to dealer transaction. I know who acquired that CS 9 months ago and it now happens to be available... at the right price. I've heard many CS owners say "if you can get me $X, I'd sell". No difference in this case. I don't view it as manipulation to help BH sell the other CS. Buyer had the insight that this low mileage, factory striped CS would be a car to have. He took a risk and it may pay off. If it weren't an early production car, I'd have it already sold as I have a buyer willing to spend up to $200k for the perfect CS. BTW, I personally checked it out last April and wow, what a gorgeous car. And pretty neat to have the original, factory luggage.
Andrew, Whats the difference between early production and latter production for the Stradale? The car does look mint. sure looks to be very near perfect.
One very minor difference is the early cars have the two flag emblem in the center console (near the cigarette lighter). Later cars have a different emblem.

I'm sure it's just the light, but that second picture really makes that car look like it has had some paintwork!
