    So its time to do the deed. Has anyone set down a set of instructions for the safe removal of those pesky stickies?? I'm not willing to rip and gut and damage if someone has set forth some basic directions,

    +1, I used the Greased Lightning product and it worked great. I started a thread entitled, "Greased Lightning Convert," afterward. It too may provide some guidance. Good luck!

    I followed the steps outlined here on the forums and it worked great.
    However, I did send off my dash vents to Robbie and it was well worth the cost.
    Just got them back and they look fantastic.
