    In 2009 there were total of 1500 world wide ,now in 2013 maybe 1000 or less left world wide

    The 600 number is just for U.S. and Canada, and it is an overrated number, the actual number on U.S. and Canada might be lower.

    U.S. and Canada total < WorldWide total

    Generally, U.S. and Canada (starting in 2008) get 30% of the worldwide allocations.

    Using Russell's info, the number oscillates between 450-550 in U.S. and Canada. The 250 units in 2008 for U.S. and Canada is from an official source, and it was published in an interview.
