Nice letter in PH #150. Please come bring you beautiful car back to the FFQC. I can not tell you how great you car looks. Being a 2 value owner like you, I get teased about owning a SLOW 2 valve. But, I'm always in those guys rear veiw mirrors. So, it must not be that slow HUH. Kelly Vince Concorso Director FFQC Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Looks a lot like my old 308, except mine had an "AutoHaus" decal on the rear window. Mine was a 1983 Quattrovalve. What year is this one?
Holy ****, Kelly, is Barry on the board...? We met at the Morristown show in NJ; that's when i first saw his car... Then, i was delighted to see him and his wife down in New Orleans with the car... i had no idea he was on the board, though... Is he...?
I remember meeting this gentleman at the 2003 Boston MOT Concourso. He travelled quite a distance, beautiful car!!
He was parked next to me at the Concorso. Nice people. He bought a helmet there to match his car. Had a yellow 308 on the other side of me. All 308s are beautiful......even my non-car person wife thinks so.
Sorry it took so long to see these post! You all are correct, my 1982 308 GTSi has been to Boston, Monterey & New Orleans. The factory color is verde medio. The 308 was introduced at the 1975 Paris Auto Show in this color. Kelly, sorry I couldn't make the FFQC in 2012, next time, I'll be there, Barry
Wow - COOL that you found this after so long!!! Glad to see you around and I would HOPE to see you more!!! Post more photos of that beautiful green car!!! My wife would LOVE to see it!!! PDG
Hello Barry, I love your 308's colour! (don't they look great in about just any colour?) But I have different information on the colour of the Paris show car. This car, chassis 18679, was Azurro, see attached pictures. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
This is partially correct! But.... There were two cars displayed at the Paris show, chassis 18679 in Azzuro metallizzato and 18677 in yellow, (Giallo Fly) on the Pozzi stand......he was the French importer at the time!!! Kim
I know, but I didn't want to make it more complicated BTW I think this Verde Medio would look great with a dark red interior!
Sure, love to show the 308 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
