Let's not go crazy hahah. But I do think that TRs will see an increase when those of us who grew up with posters of them on the wall are old enough to buy them and maintain them.
    I'm happy with my GT4,though. ;-)

Fair point :D, but no I don't think so.

Yes, my car is a euro and I do think euro cars have some benefits as compared model to model with their US counterparts (I wouldn't have bought one if I didn't), but my car is a QV. While nice, a euro QV is still quite a ways down in the 308 pecking order as far as I'm concerned.

Although the practical difference are small, I think the euro spec glass cars out pace the US glass versions in the market place despite the US cars rarity. I have seen a few US glass cars sit on the market over the last few years in the $40K range where as any euro glass car has disappeared quickly and at a much higher price (I'm speaking about cars for sale North America only, not cars for sale in Europe).

So yes, I think euro glass cars will lead that charge. After that I think it's a bit of a toss up between euro steel carb GTBs and US glass GTBs. Currently I think the euro steel carb cars still edge out the US glass cars, but I can see that changing. After that, early US steel carb and euro QV's followed by the rest of the US spec cars after that.

Let's not forget this is only an asking price, its only actual selling that really matters.

I would place the euro QV @ #3...
    #1 euro glass
    #2 USA glass
    #3 euro QV
    ...and so on.

I dont think the fibreglass is as big a deal as the engine.

I looked at this car a couple of months ago, they were asking in the region of £75,000.
Didn't realise at the time it had had a colour change, was originally Silver. Paint not
great and rust in the nearside A post.
