Well of course BC is the winner, you dont have mountains in ontario. DOH! Sunny and 10c in van today.

Saw a Porsche Cayman on a flatbad in Kleinburg after ending up in the ditch. Thankfully the car looked to be fairly damage free and hopefully the owner is as well. It was an icy one out there this morning, almost put me into a guardrail.
Valentines Day gift from my wife. Considering her ill health she has been in for the past months she still managed to arrange all this by phone with the host gallery of my show. She is the best! Thank you love! GT Image Unavailable, Please Login
Was at the autoshow this weekend with my wife and son....decent show IMO. Some notable comments I have: Ferrari: Great.. FOO came out in full force, with some Maseratis, FF, new F12 and California. Remo also brought his full arsenal of "toys" including the Mansell F1, F40, 333SP and many other goodies. Lambo: Crap.. only a Gallardo and a handful of Bentley and AM were at the Grand Touring booth. Korean Manufacturers: Great... KIA, Hyundai etc.. all showed up full blast with great displays and cool cars. Japanese Manufacturers: Good... Honda, Toyota etc. had decent displays, including the new NSX. USA manufactures: Great.. Ford and GM dominated the lower level with an endless display of cars and trucks. BMW: Crap.. a handful of colourful M series, and very unappealing display. MB: Good.. huge display with alot of cars, gadgets and goodies. Porsche: Absolute Crap.. there was barely anything to see. Considering Porsche has a great lineup, there was no clear display to be found.

I thought the BMW i8 stole the show. Brilliant design. Porsche corporate does not participate in CIAS. Pfaff has a booth though but obviously they have much less in the way of resources.
A few more shots of the FF in it's natural habitat! Did a 2 day BMW driving school beating up brand new BMW 335i's on closed logging roads in Quebec, experience of a lifetime! I'll post up the full gallery + story this weekend. That's a setting you will rarely see! Throw those photos up in the "Ferraris in the Snow" thread. I bet you some members will have heart attacks, hahaha.

I think the FF will be a great daily driver in a few years, when it depreciates like all Ferrari 4 seaters.
Not really, the 7yr warranty Ferrari is doing on these cars, and how they are built is very rock solid. It won't be long when we see these cars on eBay listed with 150,000 Kms or 100,000 miles and still looking good. Ferrari makes a great product. The FF was made for just such an environment, I will gladly make one of these my DD one day. In the FF section, a user put up a video driving his daughter to school on a very snowy day - awesome clip. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/ff-f12/399354-ff-snow-morning.html
