Yes it does! Just looked in my car, and the driver's side has an exposed bolt and the passenger side is covered. The cover projects quite far into the car. I snapped it off on the passenger side and then just snapped it back into position. Now I need to get one for the driver's side.

That's actually an interesting part. Ferrari drew it on the parts books for the 360 and F430, but never actually identified it as an available spare. Finally, when they did the 458 books, the plastic trim was identified and labeled. It also fits the 360/430 cars:

Ferrari Parts : 83491700 : 83491700 BELT GUIDE SCREW COVER

I have a 2012 458 coupe with the same problem. The driver side fits, but the passenger side keeps falling off, and won't stay on. Its a flaw.....

I found the same part behind the drivers seat on the floor after returning from a track day.

I looked at the plastic seat belt cover very closely and noticed that it had a small exposed piece of plastic that actually looked like it had broken off.

I immediately told my dealer about it when I brought the car in for maintenance and they replaced the plastic seat belt bolt cover for free. They said it was a press fit and should not come off, if it has on yours, just ask for replacement next time you are at the dealership.

They may have to order it of course, but they said it would arrive within 2 or 3 days after they order it. I made my appointment a week in advance so no problem.

Anyway, I replaced it once and have had no issues with either driver's side or passenger's side since.

    Thank you everyone.

Both sides fell off. I will ask the dealer to replace.
