When fixing the mirror noticed extra plug going to mirror face are the mirrors heated?
Yes they are. So when you out driving in the ice and snow you have nothing to worry about because your side view mirrors will be frost free! Of course you will be spinning out of control and off the road in a ditch but at least you can see what's going on to the sides of you. But I don't think that would be happening to you in Cali.
