I really think that looks amazing. It's really got some heavy race-car influence, and I say let Lambo go for it and be as crazy as they can be. At least they have the balls to come out with some wild **** recently. Unlike their Prancing adversary...

I see that I'm not the only one arround here that thiks that. I feel a bit better. By the way, the headlights remind me the Audi R18.

 

McLaren is McLaren and Lamborghini is Lamborghini. If Lamborghini made a purposeful car it wouldn´t be a Lamborghini.

Having said that, I don´t like that Veneno either. After 40 years of doing the same, they have reached the limit of creases, wings and vents that you can put in a car. Lamborghini needs to find a new design trick soon.

Oh please, Lamborghini has grown 30% in the last year alone.

On top of record sales, the Aventador Roadster is completely sold out until mid 2014, i don't think they need a new design trick anytime soon.

It baffles me how much people on here just bash anything other than ferrari.

Amazing the 'name' isn't public yet

 

On the name, we usually get places (Maranello, California), tracks (Monza), road races (Mille Miglia) and, one time to date, a country (Italia) and a designer/coach builder (Scagletti). If it were to be a driver I would think it would be Nuvolari, who was Enzo's choice as easily the greatest he had seen. So following the Enzo himself, maybe his favorite driver....

 

The colour is the least of its problem, looks like a Hyundai. At least at the beginning there was the "maybe it will need time to get used to" factor, now just looks plain cheap, worse than the mp4 next to it.

 

Aventador roadster looks good, that doesn't.

 

What about "Ferrari Piero" for the name.

 

While Ferrari has shown no shyness in recycling their own model names would they use a name used by Audi (Nuvolari), Chevy (Monza) or Ascari (Ascari)?

If he's safely retired once and for all, maybe Schumacher.
