These look the same to me. No F70 on the Geneva stage.... yet. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Don't steal my find I do not believe that is a 458,obviously it is blurry, but the lines certainly seem different
It's not the same stand on the pictures, I think the pic with the 458 on the white floor is from a previous show. Notice the totem and different "neighbor". Having said that it really seems like a 458 spider in the Geneva stand. Very similar to the other car...
Its obviously a 458 under the cover, look at the a-pillar, not too hard to figure out. What about the car on the screen? Any thoughts?
Perhaps the lower portion, but most of it is not and obviously shows that the car is topless. Fortunately the car will be revealed tomorrow, and i feel confident that it will have a silhouette that will clarify this.
The pic shows the red flooring to continue back and around the F1 car. It would make sense that the flooring would continue back the other direction as well and they would have the F150 in front of the screen on the left, nearer to the F1 car to highlight the links between the two. The layout would flow nicely with the 458 front and center, flanked by the F12 and FF, then the red floor under the 458, F1, and the F70. This would tie the rear mid engine heritage together.
As was posted a few weeks ago, the Ferrari press conference is at 11:45AM local time in Geneva. It is the ONLY conference during the entire day that doesn't have another press conference running at the same time. 11:45AM here is 5:45AM EST in the States. Here are a few more pics from the show floor this afternoon. You can see Ferrari's stand all blacked out (Porsche, Alfa Romeo and even VW also have their stands blacked out today) next to the Maserati stand. The third pic is a sneak from behind the curtain. Our crew feels that the F150 will be brought in late tonight under cloak and dagger secrecy. Ferrari is completely devoted to teasing everyone until their big reveal. Only then can we determine if it will live up to the hype. Lastly is Ron Dennis carefully evaluating another brilliant car from the show floor today.
