    How is the road salt situation up there? With this last storm (that wasn't around B'more) they again dumped a ton of chemicals. Unfortunately the rain wasn't enough to clear it all off...

    Yesterday they brined the roads in the morning but for the first time did not salt the roads at the first sign of precipitation. Assuming they don't brine or salt between now and Saturday the roads near me are actually pretty good.

    FYI,

    It's snowing here now... its not sticking, but I am sure Penndot is at a heightened state of emergency :D . Penndot will no doubt go to DEFCON 4 and dump a few million pounds of salt in the next few hours.


    So much for taking the TR out. :(

    Agree Joe. I and another Viper (Steve, with the white 09 who was there last week) are planning on stopping by before we go to a get together in Delaware.

    We'll just have to see if the roads are clear by tomorrow morning.

    My neighborhood still seems salt free but I suspect 491 and rt 202 are probably covered.

    Quick update. Roads are mostly fine, but the Starbucks lot has more salt than the Dead Sea :(

    It always does, they super salt it. I'm off today as well, and have been out and about, and the roads are mostly fine.

    I'll be there hopefully earlier than usual..never mind that never works lol. And for the salt problem, we could always use a fire-hose of some sort and just wash the salt away from the parking lot! See you all tomorrow.

    Wish I could, but I have a bunch of stuff to do in the am. Would love to stop in again. He tuned my car last year and did an awesome job.
