I have heard the rarest color is one of the green shades - and with good reason!

    Rare doesn't always = desireable

The 355 Registry website is one of the places where the car options are in the process of being counted.
Out of the 11,373 cars believed to have been manufactured, 4560 of them have been registered in the website's database.

You can click on any of the fields in the Statistics screens and get the list of cars that match that field value:
Ferrari 355 Registry - Statistics - Basic Car Data
Ferrari 355 Registry - Statistics - Car Colors
Ferrari 355 Registry - Statistics - Car Locations

For example, here is the list of cars that are Grigio Ingrid in color:
    Ferrari 355 Registry - 355 Statistic List

Once all the 355 cars have been found and registered, this registry will be one of the best sources of 355 data.

That's a more recent development, there weren't a ton of options for the 355. There is the challenge grill, sport seats, modular speedline wheels, fiorano suspension package (extremely rare) and carbon interior pieces (also very rare). I'm not sure there were many other options.

this is great info, this is what I was looking for! very interesting,,,
as far as basic options I would assume most cars came loaded,(no roll up windows in this car) lol! , I didn't realize they offered carbon interior or challenge grill, fiorano suspension as factory options back in that time! very interesting!

    this is great info !!

Shields. Also not sure if the CD changer was an option or not. My car has one. I thought it was weird.

Luggage bags were options but I think they all came with covers. Forgot about the shields, think they were available starting in '97 or '98.
