Just like the title says. On a 5000s car.

I was thinking either the inside of the front bonnet. It's a nice & big flat black area and he can do it with a gold sharpie.

My second choice would be the small tan panel on dashboard on the very far side of the passenger side.

I might have him do it there in a fine black sharpie as well.

Give me some of your ideas!

I had him sign on my oil filter housing, which was a first for him. No way did I want him signing the interior.

The interior part I had in mind is only like a 4x6 area which is easy to redye if I ever had the need. In fact it's out right now I'm going to keep it out when I take it to the event I'll just pop it in during the show. Whether or not I'll have him sign it, will depend on how many glasses of wine I have that evening. lol

Have him sign a metal plate that can be affixed to the door jam then clear coat for safety and you are good to go.. Glue in place or small screws. Speaking of small screws.. Whoops wrong thread once more...

I never understood the fascination? But if you have to do something like this get the car's designer's to sign it. On a plate.

I have a perfect spot that is not going to ruin the esthetics of the car.

I plan on having whomever was important to the creation and development of the car put their johhny handcock on it.

You should see all the people's signature that were put on THE last Gen 2 viper ACR.

The entire Viper team including all the suits signed the inside of my hood which I have hanging on my wall.

Oh God no! Why on earth would you want anyone to sign leather, even Ferruccio?

I had Valentino sign the cover of the Owner's Manual of my Gallardo. I couldn't think of anywhere I'd want a signature on, or in, my car.

I can't see where it would hurt signing the inside of the front bonnet.

If the next owner 50-60 years from now doesnt like it he/she can change it.

I honestly wont care I'll be fishing in the sky.

Well in absence of having my car, I had him sign my right shoe, then a few months later I met Mario Andretti just by chance he was having a signing at a Macy's department store, I also had him sign my right shoe and also just by chance had a Lamborghini LP420 SVM shirt on that day. LOL Thus I am starting a LP420 Lead foot shoe collection.

Valentino told me he drove my car on many occasions as it was serviced at the factory. That's good enough for me and nobody will get to sign it!
Whatever happened to the autograph book?

I would say engine bay, but unless it is a DD there is not really a good place. So I like the front bonnet idea. Not usually a fan of interior sigs, but I don't think it takes away from the car as long it is VB, or someone of that calibre.
