Ok guys it's that time of year that my 355 has to go in for it's health exam required by the state of Utah. I have a question about the CEL, mine is not lit when the car is running although when in the "acc II position just before start position" it is lit and never goes out until the car is started then it goes out. I thought this was normal, can someone else please verify rather the CEL light stays on with the key in "acc position?" On my Japanese cars the light goes out even in the "accsessory position". My innova obd2 scanner checks everything with the key in "acc II" and not when the car is running so it also sees the CEL light and thinks it's on.
