I may have enjoyed a few to many last night.

    Rogue Dead Guy Ale
Flying Monkey Smash Bomb Atomic IPA
    Holy Smoke Scotch Ale
    Mill Street Organic
    Dead Elephant
    Anti-Gravity Light Ale

Went to a local bar called West 50 and they have quite a nice selection of beers. If anyone is interested they have the full beer menu available here,

    +1, make that +1000

I'm lucky enough to live in that great beer country. But this was one of the beers my kids gave me for Xmas. Hadn't tasted this one before, but def worth a trip to the shop for some more.
These are some of the beers in their present, I'm still working through them :-D

    :D

on a side note: may I ask what these beers cost in the US? Here they are about €1 to €1.50 a bottle. (+€0.10 for the bottle which you get back when you return it).

Price varies from state to state because of the taxes. Here is Pennsylvania it's not cheap. That achel (big bottle) was $25. Usually belgium beer in the bigger bottle go anywhere from say $14 a bottle to $20 plus

It was a friends birthday party so we stayed for a long time as well. Regardless, I was feeling it the next day.

Not sure about the others, but St Bernardus abt 12 is approximately $13 for a bottle. Give or take a dollar depending on location/sale.

I killed a few Oatmeal Stouts last week. Really fine product (had them with dogs topped with an Asian pork belly concoction -- killer!)

    Thanks for the recommendation.

Go check out the "three brewers" that they just opened at 403 and Winston Churchill. Good beer good food and everyone working is well endowed :)

I love the decor - they have the copper and stainless brewing stuff everywhere.

    You'll like it

Great beer as well, we have that and hacker pschorr hefe weisse usually in the fridge.

The 3 brewers is the Quebec brewer expanding into Ontario if I recall correctly. I have not been in awhile but stop by everytime I'm in Quebec.
