Does anyone here in the UK have the following used books for sale? 250 GT Competition Cars by Jess Pourret. 250 GTO by Keith Bluemel and Jess Pourret. 250 GTO by Anthony Pritchard. 1979 4th edition of Ferrari: The Sports & Gran Turismo Cars by Merritt & Fitzgerald. Or any good books on Ferraris from the '50s to the '70s. Please pm me the details if you have anything for sale. Thank you.
If nobody does, try David Thomas. He has a lot of out of print auto-enthusiast material. I've bought from him several times myself and highly recommend him. All the best, Andrew.
The recently set up SEFAC SW (South East Ferrari Appreciation Club of South Wales) has hopefully sorted Steve out with his needs. Paul
Thank you for the info on David Thomas, Andrew. Indeed Paul Harris (thepinkumbrella) at SEFAC SW has sorted my book needs out and then some 100 times over. I had the pleasure of meeting Paul and his young son today and I really must say that I've been absolutely amazed by his kindness. Also, whenever I've needed to pick his brains he's always been willing to share his vast Ferrari knowledge. It's an understatement to say that he has restored my faith in human nature. Thank you so much for your help, Paul. It really is greatly appreciated.
Hi all! I have a 328 GTS '88 requiring front end TLC.. lots of it. Im basically looking for a preferably red similar model which has sustained rear end damage placed on salvage so i can pick parts off it. Would anyone know who I can contact in the UK where i can be informed if such a vehicle comes up on the market? Any help would be really appreciated.
Hi All, I am restoring a Ferrari 308 and need a variety of parts that it would take too long to list on here! Can anyone recommend anywhere I could go to source parts in the UK or if you know anyone who does this sort of thing? I'd be really interested to hear from anyone who has their own restored 308! Let me know, thanks!!
I have a Ferrari outdoor car cover for a 612. It's been used literally once. They're £900 new, so make me an offer, it's no good to me now the car has gone. Much thicker than the indoor cover, rainproof etc with a soft, scratch-proof interior layer. Cheers, John
Hi everyone, does anyone have an exhaust system they would like to sell in the uk? Looking for as close to standard as possible. My car has a botched tubi style exhaust that's very noisy and very old and now has a hole in it. Struggling to stretch to a new stainless system at the moment so if anyone upgraded theirs and has a decent stock system they would like to sell please drop me a message. I can collect. Cheers! James
