    Guys.
I am looking for a capristo level 2 or 3 for my 355. If anyone has one for sale, or would like to trade for a Tubi, please let me know.

LC, your 355 is about to sound like a true F1 car once you install the Capristo.
355 is the best sounding Ferrari ever!

Sounds pretty damn good with the Tubi as well. ;)

I hoping to find someone who thinks their Capristo is too loud, and would like a tubi in exchange.

I think that's wishful thinking...if you can convince someone it would be great but Capristo 3 is crème de la crème and you may have to inject some cash into that trade.

I am jealous of a white 355 but a white 355 with Capristo 3, now that's gonna be magnificient!!!!

Why would a Capristo 3 be crème de la crème...?

When the by-pass opens, a Cappy 1 is just as loud as a Cappy 2 and as loud as a Cappy3. The difference in loudness between level 1, 2 and 3 is when by-pass valve is closed, IIRC.

I would also highly recommend a set of HyperFlow cats to go with your Capristo to really get that near F1 high-pitched howl. I don't think those stock cats would do.

Those are "Challenge racing loud." Tubis and Capristos are much nicer sounding.

I haven't tested every exhaust but when I was doing my research (mostly here) there was an overwhelming abundance of Fchatters who preferred the Capristo over all other options and basically led me to conclude that Capristo is the number 1 choice. Most prefered level 3 but I'm sure 1 and 2 also sound great.

I just couldn't bring myself to spend that kind of money on an exhaust so I settled on a Nouvalari Supersport and I love it. Best exhaust for your dollar IMO. Less than 2k including shipping is a bargain with a lifetime warranty.

I can vouch that a cappy and straight pipes sounds very, very nice. It is my favorite part about driving my 355.

Can someone explain the levels of the Capristo, including effect/sound and cost?

    Thanks

Yes, I would like a proper explanation too - I have heard that the only difference is with the bypass closed - any truth here?

If so I would want a level 1.

I had a Capristo 2 and it was similar in volume to the stock exhaust with the bypass closed, maybe a touch louder. With bypass open it was much louder.
