Saw a red Dino and a black Countach 5000 on Collins St at lunchtime. They sound mean, those OHOS :)
Rutland's posted this photo on Facebook. A few of things about it. Poor choice of car. Photo of car at Sandown. They don't know the difference between an ohos 348 and a brilliant and beautiful 355. Deary me! Image Unavailable, Please Login
1st pic is the Ferrari drive day that I see regularly but this time they pulled over to wait for a California stuck at the lights. 2nd pic is a matte grey 430. I couldn't see any lines for vinyl wrap, I think it was painted or maybe new fad plastidip. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Walking up Lee Street Sydney adjacent to Central 1245, no traffic, Weird for the middle of the day, then a fabulous noise and a Red 599 with 599 plates goes past. what a fabulous fabulous noise they make. Graeme
Just back from the Southern Highlands and the wedding of a close mate's son (who is also my pit crew) where we used the Daytona as one of the wedding cars. Awful run getting out of Sydney on Friday arvo, didn't get out of 1st gear from the harbour tunnel till the other side of the M5 tunnel, M5 was still bumper to bumper so I ended up going down via Wollongong, the long way around but the route does include Macquarie pass, which was fun late at night with no traffic. First pic is the Bride's father delivering her to the ceremony, then the cars parked at the reception. My mate has hotrods and old Mercs, so we had a 32 Ford for the groom and a 280SE for the bridesmaids, which his dad bought new in 1970 and today has 32K miles and is in stunning original condition. 4 on the floor too - unusual for these cars. Dark blue over red leather - yummy. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nice pics mincer! Is the 280 for sale, I like it! Looks like either a UK or Stuttgart tourist delivery. Can you confirm?
Stuttgart delivery, still has customs plate on the front. Car also has the "California" headlights as original fitment. Not for sale, it will stay in the family indefinitely, has huge sentimental value. It is just lovely to drive, they were such well made cars. I had a 3.5 version but I think the 6 is nicer, particularly with manual.
I don't get it So the 458 has tv screens as well ? Never driven one so how would I know, but I have done the 599 thing
