    Nice and good luck with the sale. I wouldn't sell my 360 for a 430 but I would love a 16M. Too bad it is a little out of my budget right now.

    I've always wondered by the coupe never got the in-dash iPod head unit...Becker sucks monkey balls in all the ways imaginable.

    Good luck with the sale. Seems like a great car and a reasonable price.

    I own a 16M and I've driven a 458 Spider... two very different cars. I think my wife would like the 458 Spider more (more comfortable ride), but I love the 16M.

    Just picked up my 16M from its 2 year annual.
    You certainly are making in huge change in your choice of Ferrari
    I'm sure you have driven a 458 prior to purchase but the 16M is so special.

    Personal opinion ... i think the 16M is and will be a special car and the 458 (absolutely awesome car, don't give me wrong) not so. Only time will tell !
    Probably i am just jealous ...

    I agree with your take on the 16m. It is amazing and the best car I have ever owned. The sound is just incredible. I got hooked on the 458 last summer. My son and I rented a 458 spider in Switzerland last summer and we drove all through the Alps and all three big mountain passes on our way to Marenello. I will keep the spider until hopefully a 458 Scuderia version comes out.

    the one thing i really love about the 458 spider is the hardtop. real coupe lines and open air motoring with the push of a button. congrats. I can't imagine being your position but i will keep trying to get there.

    Every 16m I've seen has it...but I wonder if sure some of the "499" had radio delete?

    Actually, Most I've seen have the Becker radio, including the one I own. If memory serves std OEM was the ipod but as an option Becker Radio/Nav/Bluetooth was available for like
    $3,000. Also std. with the radio option was an IPOD in a suede case, that features the Ferrari Prancing horse on turn on and the car has an IPOD cord which operates through the radio. Actually the IPOD works fairly well.

    That's interesting, thanks for the info. I have to laugh though...only Ferrari would charge thousands to go from an iPod to the piece of crap Becker!

    so right. My window sticker is home.. I'll post the exact option cost tonite. Coincidentially I had my car out yesterday and having forgooten the ipod, turned on the radio. Shut it off after a few minnutes of static lousy sound. What a joke.. Though all will say a radio in a 16M, but still.
