    Hi all ,

    I am planning to order my 458 Coupe soon and I have few doubts ... What are the major differences between Bianco Fuji and Italia ? Also , I am planning to have the roof painted black .. What do you think ? Can I order it Matte Black ?
    Also is the difference between the racing seats size really relevant ?

    Thanks a lot in advance

    The Bianco Fuji ( I believe) is a metallic white with a slightly more yellow tinge in the white then the bright white of the Bianco Avus (if that is what you mean by ITALIAN white).

    The Bianco Fugi is beautiful and very rich looking, more of a classic look but its a costly option ($20 k or more). The Bianco Avus is more bright with no metallic and I would feel more sporty looking, and its a no cost option.:) I hope I got the two whites correct, either colour you can not go wrong with...I just love the look of white on the 458's. ;)

    That is quite correct with regards to the racing seats go L. The paint is an expensive option as is the roof painting. Personally I would wrap the roof if you like the look and then you can change it at will.

    My car is bianco italia and it has a stunning pearl finish as well! It's just double layer whilst Fuji is triple. All I can say is, u save abit more on paint and it still puts a smile on your face!:)

    In the US: Bianco fuji: $28k
    Bianco italia: $19k

    IN the CAR magazine review of the spider last summer was a bianco italia car with bordeaux interior. If you go on line you can see pics of this color.

    Take a look at this video of the autocar spider, probs same car...stunning in BF.

    [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FTcfF4913ME]Ferrari 458 Spider video review - YouTube[/ame]

    I think BF looks stunning on the spider, but then I would as that's what I have on order!

    Whilst I was at the garage I saw a coupe with BF and the black roof, not sure it worked that well, BF looks great on a complete car, especially on the spider as it has a big expanse of rear decking. When you only have half the car in BF it looses some of its appeal to me, the coupe with the black roof just breaks it up too much for me, IMHO if this whole car was BF it would look so much better.
    Also struggle with paying all that extra for that amount of BF coverage!!..at least on a spider you get more BF for the buck !!

    Hey a buddy has the bianca with black roof but the black is a wrap. He makes a good point that if in the future the black is a resale issue he can peel it off. BTW it is a stunning colour combo for the italia.

    I made the decision to go with "standard white" without considring cost. The standard white is "pure" and imo contrasts the black roof. I then "wrapped" the lower rocker panel and had Ferrari paint wheels to match roof. I then painted everything black, i.e. horses, ferrari on rear lid, and side lamps. I also blackened rear lights and although cannot be seen in picture attached, darkened front lights. As far as racing seats, I am 5'10" and weight 175 and the "large" seat is very comfortable compared to smaller seats unless you are doing primarily tracking where you want a tight fit. See pictures.
