Its funny how I think order matters quite a bit in testing cars. I had driven the 12C with v10 software before the 458 and came away with very different impressions. The torque curve in the 12C is just insane in comparison.

Thank you for sharing your review. You actually sort of influenced me a bit. I recently sold my 2011 458 and decided to pick a McLaren MP4 up this past week - discovered a great deal on left over, brand new 2012. Titanium Silver exterior with Black & Red interior. I don't need to say what everyone else has already said about the McLaren but in my opinion: this car is just cutting edge! I have the Sports Exhaust so it can get pretty loud.

I have a 2013 458 Grigio Titanio to be delivered end of June - still undecided what I plan to do with it. Both amazing cars.

That might be the best looking color combo I've seen of this car. Very smart.

Drove both as well... I think the only thing I like better about the MP4-12C is that it's more of a rush getting back on the gas coming out of turns. It's plain and simply a faster car. But the biggest issue I have with the McClaren is that it's not a FERRARI.

that's a stunning 12C, high tech in appearance and love the red inserts.

    Love it in black also.

keep the Italia though or hand it back for the 458 Scuderia version.
