It has been said Ferrari will announce their plans for the new upgrade 575 M at the Geneva auto show. From what I'v read this new 575 will have more power, will be lighter and will have a better chassis.
So I'm expecting a 575 GTC for the road. :)

Could we call it 575 Challenge Stradale?

    Whats your opinions on this?

BTW: remember the Aurea project, well this car will be shown to the public at the Geneva auto show.

FoSF's policy is you can't put a deposit down until a car has been announced. ALthough, there is always the "priority" and favoritism towards certain buyers, no doubt.

    Interesting. I guess the 575 is next in line, yes? 355 to 360, 465 to 612, 575 to ???

Are you going to the show?

    Thx, DrTax

Its simply a new version of 575M and not the 575 replacement.
    Take a look:

I stopped by WWoC and they had a black 575M there. It had an emblem on the back trunk that said 575M.

I didn't get to see what else it had though, just thought it was just an emblem Ferrari decided to put on the car..

Yeah all the 2004 Ferrari 575M have an emblem on the back written 575M.

The next 575 replacement (all new car) will have an aluminum chassis ala 612 and 360. It should have a more powerful engine and further upgrades. What is strange is we haven't seen any prototype photos yet, but that is the next replacement car for Ferrari based on the timetable.

You think the replacement will go back to mid-engine design. (I hope so)

    Not a chance. Luca likes front-engined V12's.
