Did the market cooled off for these 2? What would you pay for a very nice 350 or a 400?

I have a good friend that has a Lamborghini GT400. The VIN#01069. He is not sure if it is a 1966 or 1967 year car. I am not at all up on these cars either..

Anybody have any info on it they can share...he has nothing on it.??

    Thanks Roy

According to the registry, 1069 is an interim car built in 1967. Came with engine number 0954, Black Brown. Registered 2REM509 in California, USA. Latest update in 2000.

Please have your fiend check out The Vintage Lamborghini Garage Historical Celebration Tour - Eventbrite to learn about an upcoming Vintage Lambo event or lamborghiniregistry.com for information about his car.

Be be careful with these infos, as they are not factory sources around the world they are 32 speudo interim and only 23 are true, including one off !!!

Only one way to be sure, factory documentation, without that it just worthes the pain to claim to be one...

We'll find out in 2 days...

That's a beautiful example. The interior has Luis Meza's signature all over it.

I've seen enough of his work to know this to be his work.

    Great shape, thanks for sharing.

If you allow me, I only regret it doesn't have anymore the pigskin leather, or do you have a close up pic to show it is still, like this one...

The Automobili Lamborghini SpA factory Certificate of Origin only states Grigio paint with Rosso interior, and, we bought this car already restored so we had no part in the decision-making process. Total last-nut-and-bolt restoration, quite impressive, and for once, a restored car drives like it looks.

Just under 1,800 miles showing on the odometer.

I think this was the turin car #0325 which was repainted in white cream and remained very long in USA (California).

Joe do you have current pictures from #0328 (the black one with hardtop)?
The car was original sold to Spain and than to Prince Altani of Saudi Arabia.
I know the first owner and he ask me for some pictures.

    Best Regards
    Leo

In that photo it's hard to make out the color.

Interesting differences between the two car's interiors like the rear view mirror arrangement.
    Some switches moved around etc.

One wonders if anyone knows what's actually correct unless there are original photos.

Seems like they should have offered this car as a model generally for sale. Probably a bit too much for such a small operation back then?
