when i put the speedo on the right side display the radio turns off. Is this normal?
It's normal but you have to fiddle to get the radio back on. It can be done but I've forgotten how. It's annoying -- but normal.
Turn the radio on. Press and hold the button on the far right (can't recall the name). The speedometer display will come on. Your radio will also remain on.
Try as i might I haven't figured out how to access "my favorite stations" on Sirius. I have programed the stations, but can't seem to recall them. One would also think that there would be a bluetooth command that would enable me to do this as well. Anyone have a clue? My dealer's sales staff didn't.
I just go through the back /view button and a large speedo comes on. It looks awesome but the radio turns off right away. you hold the button down for a few seconds and the speedo pops up This is crazy i just went in the car held the button and the radio stayed on. Wow!!! The display is awesome you can see it way better on the right than the left
Easy hold the view button to cycle back between the radio and the speedometer. You can also use the left control to force a large digital speedometer to appear in place of the analog version. To get the radio back on there are two ways one is to go back to the main menu turn on the radio than push the view button and hold till the analog speedometer reappears. Or the rocker switch on the back side of the steering wheel on the right side which normally can be used to tune the radio manually there is a button in the middle by pushing that button it cycles through the radio, CD player, and turns the radio off while keeping the radio or whatever on. What is going on is on the line next to the phone signal strength.
