    Dear Taz,

Thanks for your endless and passionate support to all of us. Really appreciate all your advice, to me and others.

Here is the entry for your master list for my 575M. I shared photos of my car in the thread where we all showcased our cars a while back. Mine is a 2004 Nero on Nero 575. Has leather shelf, some carbon components inside, F1, sliver caliper and shields. It had originally modulars 19' but now runs on 18'barchetta rims. The Vin # is 138077 and Assembly # is 55712. The car was originally sold by Ferrari of Coral Gables, and it is now with me in Bellevue WA, and fully and regularly serviced by Ferrari of Seattle. It has 17k miles.

Matthew- Very nice 575M and a late 04 model so she has most of the updates. Those 19" modulars that were on her were the late type that fit over the CCM brakes, introduced at Assembly Number 55205. Chris offered me a set at a really excellent price, but even then I was too broke to buy them.

Some owners prefer the rear deep dish look of the Barchetta wheels, and they look even better with 25 mm spacers on the rear wheels.

Thanks Taz......for keeping track of every car, for putting so much of your personal effort, and sharing your knowledge. Says great things about you. A great thanks goes to each and everyone else on the chat list. Everyone has something wonderful to share one way or another. Especially the useful tips/tech and the witty messages.

I was planning to get a set of the originals 19"s and when I have the time I will. I really like the deep, shining dish look of the Barchetta wheels. The proportions of the 18" are more in line with the design of the car, from the late 90's. Somehow the 19"s seem almost too big for the car, but they also have a nice effect. I will rotate both styles.

You should be able to show up at any concourse with any of these accessories with no deductions since you can prove they were factory authorized. So if you wanted different caps for the wheels, here is your justification and the parts numbers.

Incidentally, there is a part number for a set of 4 modular wheels that were around $6300 from an English parts house, but waited too long and the set is now listed as NLA.

The whole CF kit is only about $10k. Two or three owners could go together and divide up the parts. I, for instance, do not need an instrument panel, steering wheel, sill covers, or radio surround and only need the seat trim, door panels, and parking brake trim.

On E-Bay from Arizona Luxury, a 2004 MY, F1 575M in Argento Nurburgring with Nero and white stitching standard seats and carpeted shelf. Only options I can confirm are shields and aluminum calipers, bplus the stitching. SN 135186, AN 52616. In a minor accident in 2005, so very inexpensive.

This car confirms that the steering sensor package introduced at AN 52556 began production in Nov 03. F1 pump motor relay uprated to 50 amps at the same time, likely for the 360 and Challenge Stradale at about the same time.

that 575 was listed in bay area for a looong time.

    now shows up in arizona.

major leather dash issues...piping to try and cover up/leather trim issues around rear carpeted shelf that also needs to be redone. 'minor' accident. very thin on options.

imo...that car is a low 70K car at best.

Damn right! And I'm very happy to have it too.

Terry, can you tell us the country in which this car is registered? I'm assuming it's somewhere in Europe, but I want to be sure.

Brown, how are you?!? I hope all is well.

Walter- Not exactly. I do not even know how many HGTCs were built, but estimate between 50 and 100. Of the 32 HGTCs for which I have serial numbers, 6 are confirmed with manual shifters, or ~19%. That is higher than the percentage of manual shifter 575Ms overall, at 11.9%.

Time to add an HGTC 575M to your Maserati collection?

    Taz,

not yet! But a GTC with manual gearbox would clearly get my strong attention....

Carbon- It is 134696. A typo here since it is correct in the database.
