I am interested in upgrading my brake rotors on my 360. It currently has the OEM Brembo rotors and they are starting to corode around the edges.

Is there any other good rotors out there that would fit the existing OEM calipers, etc or should I just replace with new brembos?

    Thanks in advance.

Gyrodisc, Stoptech, and others build aftermarket rotors that fit the stock calipers. I have a set of the Gyrodisc and I had them drilled & slotted. They look great on the car.

someone on here posted some CCB used brakes w 12k miles on them from ebay. insanely expensive but it says it was for a 360/430 and what hell of a brake upgrade CCBs are.

    What's wrong with the brembos?
Mine wear out from the brake pads.
They are all just cast iron.

Nothing but they could be a little smother near the limit. Plus the Girodisc are about 4lb per wheel lighter (working from memory but I posted numbers when I put them on the car).

I am planning on ordering Girodisc rotors.

They only come slotted but they can drill them for extra cost.

Should I get them drilled or is slotted good enough. I only drive my 360 for pleasure and don't do any racing.

    Thx.

It won't make any difference in performance. It's just a matter of the look that you prefer.

No and Yes. Generally I agree but if I were racing I would skip the drilled. Heat cycles can cause cracking around the drilled holes. You see it all of the time on the OEM rotors.

Why I did slotted and drilled was for looks. I don't track or not much so it really isn't an issue for me.

I ended up doing the slotted aerorotors. I got them for ~750 maybe a pair, and I really didn't see much difference to the giros. IMHO I think it's worth going to a floating rotor due to the already high cost of the oem rotors.

    Understand old thread...but???

    Wait...$4k for 4 rotors?

Agree oem style brembo is fine at $100 each.

If that's not enough your $$$ is better spent need bigger rotors and calipers.
