i see at least two compromises: styling and taste.

It definitely comes across as an automotive slap in the face. But I think that was the point.

Taste in the traditional sense wasn't a goal here. Neither was styling in the traditional sense.

As a Miura owner I can appreciate automotive design beyond the 60s & 70s, although that wasn't always the case.

Meanwhile, it seems to be faring well in the hearts of those who care to be open-minded.

Frankly, I'm surprised how many people "get it", but a lot of people do. I want one.

I love it. The point being that in order to advance, we need radical ideas and design. This car fits that brief.

    Bring it on.

The Egoista is emulating a fighter jet.

If it looks like a fighter jet, it crashed! Would be home in a scrap yard, but not a garage.

Wow that thing is ugly. Who knows, the F50 wasn't appreciated among the other Ferrari supercars until recently...maybe the same will be said of that thing.

At least the interior is somewhat interesting...

The interior is definitely the best part.

Joe : I'm glad you changed your approach to modern Lambos

I recall you were a REVENTON hater back in the day

you even dared to ask for Winkelmann resignation after the Reventon was launched

    A targeting site? Really?

Someone has been playing Xbox too much when they designed this. Looks like a movie prop from a bad sci-fi movie.

Not a fan if you could have guessed. Different? Sure.

Rosie O'Donnell is different but I wouldn't call her attractive.

    Rosie O'Donnell........that's good
The one we were told in school was " walking through the lobby of the Ritz Hotel with your "unit" hanging out of your pants is different.........but that doesn't make it good". :D

I remember that! You are right (although the Reventon was not as inspired as the current crop). I guess I got over myself :)

Back in my day, concept cars were actually supposed to be batsh*t crazy...

Wonder what people said about the original Bertone Stratos concept... must've been riots in the streets.
