Jim, you think this is aimed at soccer moms? ;)

It's a bit of fun, and as a Barchetta I'm sure it's a lot of fun.

I agree that on a sunny day, wearing a helmet so you don't lose your eyes or face to a rock it would be but that nice leather interior would last one soaking.

Maybe I'm getting old but personally I like cars that can be used a bit more than on sunny sundays.

As a concept it is cool.

Glad you didn't mind me pulling your leg.

I agree, at 25 I used to love driving my 100M with windscreen lowered, dodging 140kph insects on the autobahn. A beetle really hurts when it hits you on the forehead at those speeds. Today I like A/C, lights that work and decent wet weather equipment :)

I still think the CC100 is über cool

While I agree they are not exactly practical there are some lunatics out there who drive Barchetta's on a the road. In fact the Lotus 2-Eleven, KTM X-bow, and the Aerial Atom are all current road cars :)

I drove a Westfield as my only car for four years... but it did have a windscreen :)

... and Ferraris own silly car the 550 Barchetta. I honestly thought none would sell, but they did.

There are some videos of this thing starting and revving a bit on YouTube...the thing sounds unreal. It's V12 has a godly bark, growl, and pop.
