That wheel you see is a reproduction. Recovering is very costly if you can find anyone. $1400 plus.

Maybe it's not a case, but rather just an extra, extra small t-shirt that he trimmed to fit the phone...

Excellent work, thank you for sharing.

Anyone who thinks about using the factory jack to raise their car should think again and take heed. The damage on my car at the jacking hole was far worse than here and there is nothing like the pain and sound of watching it fail ...

Does spot welding the bushing ensure that it doesn't slip?

Just curious, no position for or against.

    Cheers,

    Keith

Is it possible to spot weld BEFORE powder coating and somehow mask the bushing to protect during coating? Or is it always after the fact and then touching up the weld spots with black paint to match?

I've just been through the entire thread... all I can say is "WOW"

    Excellent work! Congratulations!!

Oh, by the way, I noticed you changed these bezels... what plans do you have for the old ones? If you were gonna discard them, could I talk you into donating them to project http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/308-328/359739-chassis-37313-resurrection-308-gtbi.html ? I know they're a tat different than the 308 ones, but as you can see, I'm not focused on "councours quality" on this car.. ;-)

    Amazing work!

Also, I'm shocked that Rob hasn't hit you up for a sponsorship yet. ;)

I love Rosso Dino and you don't see many in that color. There's a 458 in that color in Newport Beach that looks really good. Yellow looks good on the 246 and that's most likely why a lot were produced and more painted from original color to yellow. I like your thinking looking at rare colors!!

Are you sure it is Rosso dino? It looks more orange to me? I could be wrong. I like arancio tipo PF in the compendium. Only 8 were painted that color.
