Had Dogfish Head - Positive Contact last night.

It's okay, but not the $18 I unknowingly spent on one pint. Alamo Drafthouse could have let me know.

I wasn't happy. If I hadn't been in a bad mood already I would have said something.

Pricey beer but my lady and I enjoyed this "Holy Bier" today.

Westvleteren 12 on a very sunny patio. After that I enjoyed a massive HoeGarden with my brother and a lovely Sam Adams from tap.

    Interesting article...

Carlos Brito: (Brew)master of the Universe - Aug. 15, 2013

...ironcially I read it while drinking a Miller Lite, i.e. his big competitor.

There's a video of the St. Louis plant at the link and the manager mentions almost 800 unique packages when you account for the various brands and types/sizes of bottles and cans...that's a lot of beer on the wall! ;) :D

    Cheers!

Windmer Brothers O'Ryely IPA is okay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

I stocked up on Shiner Ruby Redbird because it's going out of season. Grapefruit and Ginger. I have consumed at least 4 cases of it by myself this summer. It's the perfect quench for a hot day.

I still have not tried that. I don't like grapefruit so I've been a little apprehensive.

Just went to flying dog brewery in MD, went in with high expectations, but was definitely let down. Ok beer, but certainly not exceptional. The only beer I would buy would be the oyster stout which was great, but everything else was disappointing.
