We were trying to find the engine serial number and clean the engine bay. I can understand now why the dealer mechanics run away when an LM002 comes in Some amazing design and beautifully made components then thrown together without thought requiring half the car to be disassembled to do simple jobs. Lucky we decided to pull the engine, there were enough dry leaves hidden away for you to eventually have an engine bay fire.
Bought this 2-post lift last week, 4 tonne capacity. Very useful to work on our cars. First trial on a friend's classic 750iL Image Unavailable, Please Login

We will do engine gaskets replacement, rusted area re-welding, then put the engine back, re-wiring all the electrics. About 8 weeks from today. Hmmm.. can't wait
Back on the ECU topic, a lot of the TT Gallardos use Motec. It might be worth your time to shoot some of the tuners an email and get more info on running dual stand alone ECU's on your truck. The build is coming along nicely. I really like your truck without the side skirts on. Since you're updating the truck, have you thought about replacing the flat panels where the gauges & switches mount with sheets of carbon fiber? It's not very expensive, strong, light, and would give a different look to the interior. Then you wouldn't have to modify the original pieces either.
Thanks White out, Yes I am thinking about replacing the original ECU with single 12-cyl aftermarket standalone. Currently the goal is to get it running first, look for what needs to be replaced, then change the ECU. I am thinking about electromotive or Motec. Regarding the interior, yes I am planning to do the switch panel, speedometer panel, wood door trim and the center console in carbon fiber
Can't believe this engine fits in a Countach. It is huge. Chevy SBC V8 behind it looks small Image Unavailable, Please Login

12 Weber IW-031 injectors arrive today. Got them for a fraction of the inflated $750 MSRP price CMIIW but I read that these injectors are also the same on all model Diablos and Murcies Image Unavailable, Please Login
