Just to share photos regarding different pins of factory upstream 169953 and downstream 165170 o2 sensors of my 97 f355. Regardless how hard I have tried searching o2 sensor threads, funny I just happen to realize there are difference by looking at the pins after I replaced factory ones with Bosch part 13819 and 13820.

on older cars i think the Post/downstream sensors only trigger a Cat-Deficiency Code they don't impact performance

the Pre/Upstream sensors are obviously reading how well your engine is firing/running

Wish I realized factory ones' difference earlier so that I was able to check Bosch parts before they were installed. I am curious to know what Bosch parts look like.
