Silverstone Coverage in US?

For me personally I don't care about live coverage unless it's on this side of the globe. Even then I still record it and watch it later.

Ugh, didn't realize it was on CNBC.

Yep, same on my end and it is listed as "track & field" so it didn't come up yesterday when I did my usual weekend search for "motorsports" coverage.

 

I live streamed on NBC as I couldn't get the BBS or Sky links to work.

Never again... Crashed 2x. Buffered for several minutes multiple times.

Goodbye NBC.

 

My cable provider isn't on the list so I can't stream it...doesn't sound like I'm missing anything.

 

It's better than nothing,... but no commentary. Much prefer BBC / Sky.

 

Too many viewers for the stream but not enough for a live broadcast.

They should redo their math.

 

Directv has it on CH220 8:30 am

 

0600 EDT Sunday =F1 taped quali coverage on NBCS

0730 EDT Sunday =F1 live race coverage on CNBC

 

11:30 AM EDT taped race on NBCSN

 

couldn't get the nbc to work at all
went to the bbc link and after a bit of trail and error it worked fine...sadly

On mY Cable provider in Austin TX it shows Live Coverage of the British F1 race at 6:30 Am central Time on CNBC HD...channel 1668 here. cheers

 

I'm playing it safe, I have both CNBCHD and NBCSHD programed.

 

Ditto...I'm watching CNBC and BBC.

 

Direct TV Channel 49 is s Spanish station out of Irving Texas carrying the race LIVE RIGHT NOW !!!

nbc really screwed the pooch in this market.
was scheduled for cnbc but all we got was make up and hair products ads.
missed the start.
thank goodness for sky.
much better coverage.
i certainly hope the bike racing fans enjoyed watching the parade of butts bouncing up and down as the racers wove their way though the support cars.
riveting.

 

Here CNBC had it from preface to wrap up. While it was inconvenient to switch channel settings and I feel for any whose DVR missed the race, it wasn't a big deal. Once you found it on CNBC it was no different. Save a few of the ads.

 

I cant believe what I almost just heard!
So the only way to watch the race is on NBS sports network at 11:30. Its taped since they were showing the Tour de France race
I turn on the race at 11:30 sharp and stupid NBC is already showing highlights of the finished race before they even televise it. Ran out of the room before I heard any details
Serious NBC are you for real!!!

 

And the "tape delay" scheduled for 11:30am eastern on the NBC Sports Network is now being delayed for live TDF Cycling coverage?

I had live coverage here in Houston.

 

I saw the same thing. I couldn't believe they gave the race results before showing the tape delay of the race. Bunch of Geniuses over there at the network.
