I'm Ferrari through and through, the only reason I want anyone else to do well is to try to separate our p1 from vettel by a bigger margin - fat chance of course

True, but I'm pretty sure that unless a Brit happens to be leading the chase they *always* say that.... I'd also be interested to know how many swore off after last years disaster on Saturday.

No matter, come Sunday they'll be at, or damn close to, a sellout as always.

Please, for the fans, NO RAIN all W/E!.......

    Cheers,
    Ian

I hear it's been hot over there. Hopefully that continues.

Yes no shock we are about to warm up finally into the 30's C. Time for UK to hit the cool spots. Its been a nice summer up there in the UK so far. I considered going to London for a weekend not long ago because of the cool weather here.

Lets hope its a dry Brit GP. Always a classic race on a superb track. Steve have you ever attended?

Yes, am easy dry or wet, to be honest, as I will not be attending...;) I tend to go to hot places to watch GP's, and combine it with a holiday.

Every year it get's discussed about going, and in my job I pass it quite frequently, however it is a fair trek from me, and to be honest traffic is the killer and ultimately has been the deciding factor, but I have not ruled it out, I will go...;)

I live very near a track that has hosted an F1 race at Oulton park.

IMO, we still haven't had a "clean" meet thus far this season. :(

AFAIK, it's the same layout as last year and they all know it well. Let's see who's where, rather than a weather/track lottery.

"Superb track?".... Yep! [Can be *miserable* too though. ;)]
"Classic races?".... Some, fer sure, but "always" is a little rose tinted IMO. :)

    Cheers,
    Ian

With all the gossip and controversey Im being positive for F1's home race(given the large amount of F1 industry) in residence there. I agree as a completely dry weekend will allow teams to gather data, set up and give us a clue as to who is moving up or moon walking back :)

I thought their home race was Monaco, given the tax-evaders', err drivers' residence.

I kid, I kid, they all live in Switzerland.....
