Easy there. While Williams has been longer in F1, Sauber has now been in F1 for 20+ years. That makes them the 4th longest lasting team on the current grid and about 8th in the entire history of F1. So if you want to pick teams with little to no heritage go knock on some much younger doors. A fizzy drink manufacturer comes to mind
