355 clutch 4 lug nut size (1996 gts)

Hello all can someone please confirm the 4 lug nut size that's under the pumpkin coverplate. I believe from other threads you can use a 76mm 3" ford truck wheel bearing 4 lug locknut socket??? Also does this flywheel have an internal plastic thrust washer like the 348???? Thanks heaps
