Or maybe they will keep the LaFerrari styling for the next model, but sure it will not look like a scud front end, no way.
2 new spyshots but bad quality... http://www.leblogauto.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Spy_Mathias_Modene-510.jpg http://www.leblogauto.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/Spy_Mathias_Modene-498.jpg and a short video (for the sound) http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=UULXORoiW2sklNI-rNWqxG0w&feature=player_embedded&v=G2KLCGcLls4
Sounds to me like it was in Auto mode. I expect that the new Scud will look great. On the other hand, I'll pass on the extra performance and retain the thoroughly civilized interior of my Italia.
there is a very private (pre-press) unveiling in Italy late august for 45 customers....was informed about it too late and was unable to get the invitation....but was told: over 600 horsepower, beaucoup CF, new front nose....ridiculous performance....
I confirm on 02 September we will be there. Before us (all Italians) there will be other customers coming by other markets... So still about two weeks before to see and touch her..Finally!
I have a private viewing on 31. August, 9:00 am. It's at the Ferrari Racing Days in Germany. There are several viewings for each dealer in Germany at the weekend. It's for 25 Persons per dealer.
Yes, will take care of the base MP4 12C, but then maclaren will release their track version of the MP4 and tune the turbos to deliver 675 hp. Then one can wait 2-3 years and expect the 458 replacement to catch up with hp.
Ferrari has no need to increase power every month to assert themselves best when sports car. It is doing as it shows his fear to the other manufacturers. What think you?
Scary. Many 458s are barely broken-in. Nor have they put enough miles on to wear out a set of tires. Thought the Cali replacement would debut before the 458 replacement.
No chance that the 458 replacement is 12 months away. The 458 Scud will not be here until next spring, the 458 Scud converatable will be another 12 after that! The 458 replacement won't be here for 30 to 36 months!
This would be atypical for Ferrari. The 458 was introduced in 2009 and started shipping end of 2009 in Europe. The V8 usually has a life span of 5 years (348 - 1989, 355 - 1994, 360 - 1999, 430 - 2004, 458 - 2009). So we should see the next V8 at the end of 2014. The 458 Scud should start shipping before end of 2013 in Europe. I dont see the 458 going until 2016..
According to EVO Magazine Sept edition, Cali will make its debut in Geneva 2014. So IMO 458 replacement will be introduced at least in spring / fall 2015 then 1st delivery on 2016.
I think it's incredible that we are even discussing the 458 replacement. The car is still so fresh and capable.
