Red Bull look in great shape.

Lotus not looking bad, not fantastic.

Ferrari on their usual form as of late, not good.

    Merc is sandbagging.

didn't see it, but one screen shot had Kavailinen (sorry for the spelling) next to last in one of the Caterhams....is that pretty much where he ended up? Meaning the Caterhams and Marussias are really that slow and it's not just the drivers!

No he's not.... Heikki has been doing FP1 for 'em for a few races now and has just been confirmed to do it for at least Monza also......

Later tonight we'll see if Ferrari has made enough of a step forward to keep Alo in title contention.

1s on average off the pace in FP1 & 2 between the 2 Ferraris and Seb definitely does not bode well...

Weather forecasts update, Saturday 7:00 in the morning:

The weather will be cool, with a minimum of 11° c in the morning and a maximum of 19° in the afternoon.

For tomorrow afternoon, the possibility of rain showers remain, but it should be light showers.
