Utterly fantastic '92 300E MB Wagon with sportline trim, cloth seats and manual transmission (none of which were available in the US, dammit!) as shown on the Brown Car Appreciation Society facebook page. http://www.autoscout24.eu/Details.aspx?id=231556570&cd=635025102520000000&asrc=st&a=1 Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Rented the BMW 535d from Germany for the European excursion. Got the car with 400km returned it with 5300km... Great car all around. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Dave. Finally was able to go back to my friends to double check the bolts and bring the front down to where it should be.
All I wanted from the next WRX was AWD, a twin clutch transmission, and a big old hatchy booty. I can now cross Subaru off my list of future options. http://www.autoblog.com/2013/08/26/subaru-wrx-sti-going-sedan-only-for-la-reveal/
I never warmed up to the hatchback WRX STi. Glad that they are going sedan only again, still don't get what they (and Mitsubishi) were thinking with the last generations..
Sweet!! What springs did you install? Yesterdays 'Automotive News' stated only that it is "likely" Subaru will drop the hatchback. I hope they don't because I love the 5-door and I am going to test drive a '07 WRX hatch today.
IMO the last Impreza sedan was awful, looked like a frumpy corolla. I got used to the hatch, and they could be pretty good looking when modified tastefully.
with the right color/wheels/stance, the STi wagon was great looking. otherwise it could look a little generic. Image Unavailable, Please Login
The 11+ are WAY better looking cars. The 08-10 STi Wagon was miserable IMO and I'm a bit of a Subaru fan. I won't even mention the 08-10 WRX. 08 was particularly "not great." Example of 08 vs. 11. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I actually prefer the looks of the older generations over the current generation/model, too each their own.
