The WSM for my 94 348 does not have any information or electrical drawings for the mouse belt system. Can someone tell me where to find this information. A search on Fchat did not help.

    Thanks,

It's in the center tunnel, where Daniel-San said.

This link shows how to get to the hvac, but the automatic seatbelt ecu is in there also. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/technical-q/19629-repairing-348-climate-control.html You take the HVAC stuff out of the way, and the seatbelt ecu is behind it. If I remember correctly, I think you can take off the sides, in the footwell, to get to it also? But I'm not 100% sure on that.

Why don't you take some pics of how you get to it, and then post the pics here to help out the next brother.

Agreed and I won't use them but its the last thing on my 94 348 that doesn't work. My plan is to get it working and then disable by probably removing the power feed. Just piece of mind knowing everything works. Am I anal or what ??

There are 2 ECU's actually, 1 for each side. they are both in the tunnel behind the climate control panel. You'll know when you see them because they are 2 identical plastic black boxes, except that the connectors are on opposite ends. They are bolted to the tunnel support framework.
If you end up needing any parts, PM me, I have the complete systems, for both sides, in working condition.

Thanks and I'll contact you if I need parts.

What I need to locate first is a schematic of the system. Difficult to troubleshoot without one.

    Thanks,

I believe the " mouse" seat belt system is same as the Mondial T. The retracting belts were very annoying, so I disabled mine.

Simply open the center tunnel access panel on the passenger side footwell by removing a few screws in the carpet. You will see 2 square black boxes (approx 4" x 4" x 1") with a plug-in type electrical cable in each. Make sure both male buckles are in the forward position up under the dash, then unplug the 2 cables, and you're good to go.

There should be a second set of fixed male buckles attached to the door sill which will now be your primary shoulder belt connection.

Check to make sure that the small connector to the micro switch in the outer seat back pivots/locks area is connected and check the microswitch itself.
