They show up on eBay from time to time. Otherwise various British car part suppliers have them. Try Moss Motors, Brown and Gammon, or Anglo Parts. Note that there will be several 6RA models that will work (Lucas superseded them over time) but some that will not. I can check my Lucas parts catalog when I get home.
I checked my catalog and it's a continuous-duty version used for things like hazard lights. Doesn't look to have been superseded, so you should be able to google it and find suppliers. Note the "F" doesn't matter - it's just a production revision number.
