Hi Gil, fantastic shot! I don't think I'm going to be the last person to ask.... My desktop is screaming out for some new pics, and I'd absoloutely love a hires version.... Any chance? Cheers Mike
This post will be my 9,000th post. I don't know how some of you guys get such high post counts, as I already think I spend way too much time on F-Chat. Anyhow, since it is still my dream to own an Enzo--and that dream is getting closer all the time--I have decided to solidify my commitment to saving enough money to get an Enzo by posting a picture of an Enzo. It is my favorite Enzo picture. I don't know the photographer, and do not intend to avoid giving credit, but it is a great picture. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Lets hope you acquire one soon! I love black Enzo's. Would love a black one...tinted windows, black wheels with yellow pin stripe and yellow calipers, and novitec black lights, finished off with an Inconel tubi system with test pipe. Bat Mobile.
I had the wife's permission and enough money to buy the 55,000 mile Black F-50 making the rounds a few months back. It had a fresh engine, and was completely refreshed. I spoke to the consultant that I have used in buying prior cars and he gave me all the pros and cons about the car. I had planned to buy it and then drive it--and hold it while I saved some more money. I figured that I could sell it for what I had in it, and so I could still work my way toward an Enzo. But after speaking with him we could not get a strong feeling that the 55,000 mile F-50--with me probably putting thousands of more miles on it--could retain its value. So I am just saving.\ (BTW, two kids in college is sure not helping my efforts.)
Thank you all for the kind words! If you'd like a high-res version, send me a PM for details. Here's another from our shoot; plenty more to share. -Gil Image Unavailable, Please Login
Wow, that is a huge compliment coming from Mr. Sackey! I know someone who has already made Gil's photo his wallpaper.... I will follow suit....
I have said it before and I will say it again . . . at times the Enzo can have some awkward looks and angles. But in black, I believe that is the most beautiful car in the world. Bar none. Wow.
Another from the shoot with the black Enzo. Hope you guys aren't getting tired of these posts. -Gil Image Unavailable, Please Login
To each his own; personally i feel like black hides too much of the body lines of the car and the small details that makes it so special. No doubt, it's still an Enzo and drop dead gorgeous; i'd just prefer it in another color.
