I'm a fan of fractional points as well, but will win under any set of rules :)

Speaking of name changes: I'm "Not Famous Andy" this year from the Under Armor commercials with Arian Foster and Julio Jones.

As an IT consultant I run into the "we've always done it that way" response constantly. Just because it has been that way doesn't mean we shouldn't consider change. Just food for thought. I will enjoy the competition either way.

Thanks for setting it up again this year.

**** works fine until some broke dick from IT wants to keep busy and ****s things up. Only thing that keeps IT guys in a job is change and crappy systems they keep having to "fix". Remember, I was IT once in a land far away. ;)

I asked a trick question. ;) many ideas are thrown out there and bounced around, but never make out of conception for whatever resource issues or aren't value adding to begin with. Out of those that seem good at first there are many that don't keep their legs along the way for 1,000,001 different reasons. my guess a single digit % of IT projects make it to the end.

what is up with Tillman, only one with an 'A' rating and he was autodraft! tells you something, Whisky with the most analysis and experience with other drafts already this year gets a 'C'. :D

What did you use to analyze the draft?

(Never mind - found it on the draft site).

Of course Yahoo would like all of its own picks!

I don't like drafting near you. You took at least three guys up next in my Queue (Decker, Gordon, Hilton).

I always autodraft. I figure that Yahoo et. al. have put a whole lot more time and effort into weighing the players than I have. Rob told me I got Adrian Petersen -- I had to look him up to see who he is :D

Yes, that Yahoo draft report card was very enlightening. Apparently my qb situation is below league average despite having Drew Brees...

    +1

It seems "they" think I *suck* - Projected to finish dead-nuts last!

OK, I screwed up taking a dude who I should have known was on IR, but other than that I'm reasonably happy. I think Peyton will, as always, deliver.

"This is why we play the games!".......

    Cheers,
    Ian

    That's true.
But in my shop, we have hundreds of projects, and can do only 6-8 at a time.

I suck this year, especially in THIS league.
I HATE HATE HATE drafting #1!

I'm heavy on star TE's! I would like to trade one for a WR1/WR2 type player. Please propose a trade.

    Tony Gonzalez - he's a 7 or 8 points projected each week.

I offered Tony to 8 teams last week, you should have taken it! Tony had 149 yards and 2 TD's yesterday for 26 points!!! Not bad for the weak TE spot.

I believe the opposite, every NFL team has WR1-8's and it varies a bunch through the season who is fitting into that WR1-3 position you want to start. There are some solid WR1's out there that will remain injury free and put up WR1 points all year, but there won't be many and hard to put your finger on. Also if you get weak in your WR2-3 it is easy as waiting that week for who emerges and on upswing. Just so many WR's to choose from where there are so few TE's that have chance of really producing every week like Tony. I am just in position where I have two of the best TE's and overall my team would be better getting a really good WR2 type player for one.
