    Hello guys, I would like to let you know and ask your advice about what happened with Rsc tuning Miami: Me and a friend placed an order for 2 rsc mufflers for Scud on June, we sent the money through wire transfer, and we were told one exhaust was in stock, the second ready in 2 weeks.. So we were expecting everything in 20 days more or less. After several calls and mails when we were told always the same excuses, like being late with second muffler etc,sorry, we are sending them tomorrow etc.. We still haven't got any muffler or any excuse or refund.. Now I really don't know what to do, I have a friend in Miami who is going there as soon as he can to take a look in person, because after almost 3 months i start to be a bit scared and most of all very angry with their attitude (usually if someone is wrong or late should come back first to the customer with some explanations.. At least according to my education) ;-) If you have any feedback or information it would be very helpful, because i live overseas so it's not as easy as for someone there to deal with this really unpleasant situation.. And i hope this can be useful for you too to avoid any troubles!

    I'm surprised they are so unresponsive.

    I had a great experience with them with my Aston Martin.

    Maybe post on 6speedonline.com. They are a sponsor on that forum.

    Just trying to help I reached out to Hershel/RSC. We do some business with them. They explained the unexpected delays etc etc etc.

    No excuse. They did mention that they are shipping one of your exhausts on Monday and the other one I believe you asked for a refund etc. I just wanted to see if I could help because in your situation I would be very very frustrated.

    Hope this is good news and at least you know you will be receiving the product you requested or the money back.

    Thank you very much for your interest.. I'm not hoping so much about Monday, because they are saying this since a while, furthermore my friend called today again very angry and the girl there almost admitted there is nothing to send.. So I'm scared they are out of business or something similar and they are just trying to gain some time.. :-(

    I took a look and they don't seem to be sponsor anymore.. furthermore their website is down,so my worries are likely to be true..

    I try to always use a credit car when dealing with someone I don't know. Sending people wires makes me nervous.

    Thanks a lot for any suggestion/interest. Today we received one muffler, so things are going little bit better.. The curious thing is this muffler is not the same i saw on the website and in the video, it's like a x pipe with silencers! Don't know yet how it sounds, if it's loud or not etc, because I'm out of town, but I'm really anxious to try it and to know why this change in design etc..

    The reason you did not get what you ordered is because this product was designed by & belongs to my company Velocity. I am no longer associated with RSC. I'm not sure what you were supplied with but it is clearly not the same product.

    Now I understand why there was this "design change".. we are still waiting for the second one tough!!

    So you bought the product that you saw/heard on the website but then something totally different was supplied?

    Exactly the muffler (only one for the moment) is different,it's not yours then! i replied on skype btw..
    You can see what they sent me on the topic "rsc muffler finally installed".. ;)
