Sweet! That's the code my program spit out! Then the calculator I have works! :)
Ahh right, so it was the code I supplied to you (23131). I got confused as you said: as Scott's code was 53131. Just wanted to check that my software was correct. LD
little_ daz My apologies for not correctly recognizing your help. THANKS to every-one, it truely is a great community of help, and if I can get a new amp to fit in the very nice original leather bound holder I may be able to listen to NPR soon.
What a valuable asset to the community! Anything beats paying becker $ for your own code. Who honestly would want to steal one of these radios? I often have hoped that mine would get stolen so I could upgrade the stock system. Ok, maybe not that extreme.... but close
No Problem Bob, I'm happy you got sorted out. I wish I could help with the amp, but I've not seen one. It might be worth checking the other marques that becker radios are fitted in as standard. Check to see if a similar amp might have been fitted in Mercedes, BMW, Mini even Porsche as there is a good bet that if it doesn't say Ferrari or have a Ferrari badge then it'll be cheaper! For example it's like parking sensors from BMW cost £75 you can get the exact same part from Land Rover for £25! Good, Happy to help. LOL, You'd be suprised, there's probably some kid driving around in a Nissan with a Ferrari radio! I think it's more to do with the speakers. A good upgrade would be an amplifier and component speakers (then maybe a small subwoofer behind the 2 seats in the middle, or in the passenger side footwell). If I'm right in thinking you can get a lead that plugs in to the existing head unit that gives you RCA Line outputs that will go in to an amp... But that's another story for another thread if someone wants to do it.
hi Little_daz favor please,i have 2000 F 360 just change my battery after i turn on my becker radio code was ask when i input the code it doesnt work. 2000 ferrari 360 model: BE 4372 serial Y5003233 the code is 8462 but it doesnt work
Hey Bulent. That code is right for that serial number. Is this information from the side of the radio, or the code card. The only things that can have happened otherwise is the radio has been swapped, or someone has re-coded it and cloned it with another code, but I can't see that as it's rare with these beckers. I'll be away for a week, so if you haven't pulled the radio out, do it then check and post the serial or PM me and I'll do it when I get back. HTH
thanks little_daz,i will do that,i just got that code from the code card included on my manuals.ill try to pulled out the radio soon and check the correct serial numbers.again thanks sir
bulent- Call Scott and he can give you the code based on the serial number you pull off the stereo, not the card. You will have to pull the stereo. Did you get the little tool set with the stereo? La Jolla Audio Scott Cairncross 5161 Santa Fe Street Ste B San Diego, CA 92109 858-581-6545
just found out stock stereo was replaced before i got the unit and it says Model no: BE 6104 serial no: 25004306
With my 2009 16M there is a seven digit code printed by hand in one of the books. Could this be the radio code. I know it is not the electronic code or mechanical code because those are on separate cards. This one is labeled "Codici Componenti" but that is translated as "part code". Throws me off because I thought the codes were supposed to have less than 7 digits... Anybody know?
Hey Galt. They're always 4 or 5 digits. That's either a serial number, or part code but it's definitely not a radio code.
Thanks Little Daz. Will bring it in somewhere to get the serial number--unfortunately I don't have the tool to pull it myself.
little_daz, would you be able to help me as well? Changed battery and the radio is asking for a code now. Radio SN is be4372150102582001, it's a 2001 360
Im glad i forund this forum,This ist my first comment, i've been having the very same trouble with the same unit as "bulnet" with my f430. "greyboxer" your help was full success, would you have some time to help with mine? Model: BE 6104 Serial No: 45017411 thanks
Hi Guys, Can anyone help me with the code to the below? Please PM to me the code. Becker from F 360 (not sure what year) Model: BE 4372 Serial#: X5002318 It's my unit, I just purchased it. Thank you! CheerZ Vincent
Please note: If you have a post count of less than 10-20 I will not be providing radio codes and I recommend that others do the same. There seems to be a few hit and run people asking for codes on here, who ask and then disappear. I get lots of PM's where people ask for codes and I never even get a thank you and the same is happening on this thread. So I urge others that if someone has a low post count that you do not provide codes. By the way this isn't aimed at the last poster VR300zx who has a healthy post count, it's something that's been annoying me for a while.
